New Early Years Professional Status

Has launched in Northumberland

The Workforce Development Team at Northumberland Early Years and Childcare Service within Northumberland County Council have achieved major milestones in developing a workbased model of graduate programmes removing barriers to achieving  the Early Years Professional Status in Northumberland . This new  training programme is proving hugely motivational for nursery staff eager to embark on higher level qualifications and further illustrates the drive within the workforce to raise the standards of childcare and improve outcomes for children throughout the County . The Workforce Development Team has launched the Early Years Professional (EYP) Network which will promote all graduates and EYPs sharing good practice across Northumberland .
